Court Services Victoria has published a guideline to assist litigation guardians. It provides guidance on the role, responsibilities and duties of a litigation guardian.

The Supreme Court has also issued a practice note which requires practitioners to provide this guideline to litigation guardians and proposed litigation guardians.
