Common Fund No. 3 Quarterly Fact Sheet – December 2023

We are changing how we refer to our beneficiaries.

We now use “client” instead of “beneficiary”. Our “Trust Officers” are now called “Client Services Officers”.

We have made this change to make our language more modern. 

Our services are not changing, and the person who is your Trust Officer/Client Services Officer will not change.

Common Fund No. 3 Quarterly Fact Sheet – September 2023

The Victorian Auditor-General has audited the Senior Master’s Financial Reports. These reports are for the financial year ending 30 June 2023.

The Auditor-General said “In my opinion the financial reports present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Funds in Court as at 30 June 2023 and their financial performance and cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with the accounting policies described in notes 2, 3 and 4 to the financial statements.”
