The Senior Master and Funds in Court (FIC) want to know how clients and caregivers feel about the service FIC provides. To do this, FIC has asked ORIMA to run a Client Satisfaction Survey.
ORIMA is an independent research agency. They will run the survey with many of FIC’s clients and caregivers. The survey will ask what FIC does well and what FIC could do better.
If ORIMA contact you, we encourage you to complete the survey, or as much of it as you can. Your feedback will help FIC improve its services and communication with clients.
ORIMA will keep all survey answers anonymous. FIC will get a report with the overall survey results, but this will not include anyone’s name.
If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Nigel Jarvis at FIC by:
The Senior Master and FIC look forward to reading your feedback.
