Contacting FIC in another language

FIC will assist if you wish to make a request in another language. You, or your representative, may:

  • call your Trust Officer during business hours, and arrange an interpreter to speak about your request; or
  • submit your request by letter or email in your preferred language and FIC will arrange for this to be translated.

There will be no charge to you for the interpreter or translation service.
