Most clients of Funds in Court have been awarded funds because they have:

  • been in an accident at work – WorkSafe
  • been in a car or transport accident – TAC
  • been a victim of medical negligence
  • made a personal injury claim – Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic)
  • been a victim of crime – VOCAT
  • been named in a will or deceased estate.

Funds in Court can also help families or carers of clients who may be eligible for payment for past care.
