Funds in Court [FIC] is an Office of the Supreme Court of Victoria that deals with funds paid into Court.

Funds are paid into Court usually because a person is under a ‘legal disability’. This might be because they:
- have had an accident, injury or illness
- have an intellectual or physical disability (or both)
- are under 18.
People who have money administered by the Senior Master are referred to as “clients”.
In this section
Most clients have been awarded funds because they have:
- been in an accident at work – WorkSafe
- been in a car or transport accident – TAC
- been a victim of medical negligence
- made a personal injury claim – Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic)
- been a victim of crime – VOCAT
- been named in a will or deceased estate.
FIC can also assist families or carers of clients who may be eligible for payment for past care.
