Funds in Court [FIC] is an Office of the Supreme Court of Victoria that deals with funds paid into Court.

Funds are paid into Court usually because a person is under a ‘legal disability’. This might be because they:

  • have had an accident, injury or illness
  • have an intellectual or physical disability (or both)
  • are under 18.

People who have money administered by the Senior Master are referred to as “clients”.
