Announcement of the death of Kevin J Mahony AM

 It is with great sadness that Funds in Court announces the death of Kevin John Mahony AM, the former Associate Judge who was the Senior Master.

Associate Justice Mahony was instrumental in creating Funds in Court.  He was much loved and respected by all who worked for him and he will be greatly missed.

Associate Justice John Efthim, Judicial Registrar Leonie Englefield, the Management and Staff of FIC extend their deepest sympathy to his family.
