Client Satisfaction Surveys

Every 3 years, a client satisfaction survey is conducted on behalf of Funds in Court by an independent research agency.

The survey is anonymous. Clients and caregivers are able to say what they think Funds in Court does well and what it could do better.

The most recent survey was conducted in 2022 by ORIMA.

The next survey will be conducted by ORIMA in late 2025.
