Farewell Ray Chappell
February 22, 2013 Farewell Ray Chappel Ray Chappell, Trust Officer, retired suddenly at the end of January 2013 after 12 years of service at FIC. An opportunity came up for Ray that placed him in a position where he could retire earlier than originally expected. Ray took advantage of this opportunity and retired with the best wishes
