This information is provided for clients of Funds in Court.
If the Senior Master is managing your funds in Court, you need to make an application every time you want to access your money.
All applications for the benefit of a client are considered by the Senior Master or the Judicial Registrar. Applications for funds for a wide range of expenses, including the purchase of clothing, electrical items, furniture, living expenses, medical treatments, disability aides, etc, will be considered, taking into account what is for the client’s benefit and what is affordable. Quotations may be required to consider some applications, such as for the purchase of furniture or electrical items.
There is more information in the section What your funds can be used for.
