The first thing you should do if you want to make an application is talk to your Client Services Officer.

Your Client Services Officer can help you work out what you need or want. They will also ask you some questions to help support your application. This might include:

  • How much are you planning to spend?
  • Do you really need the item?
  • Do you have a quote?

You do not need to worry if you don’t know the answers. Your Client Services Officer, or your family or carer, will help you get all the information you need. They will also let you know if there are specific requirements you need to meet.

Your Client Services Officer might also have a suggestion or some other options for you to consider. Remember that they help clients every day, so have a think about their idea.
