Clients who have received compensation through the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) or WorkSafe may be covered for the reasonable cost of medical treatment, including rehabilitation and disability services, related to your accident.

You should always check with your TAC or WorkSafe support coordinator or claims officer before you begin any treatment to make sure they will meet the costs.
If the costs are not covered, or you do not have TAC or WorkSafe cover, then you may have to pay for medical assessments and treatment from your funds held in Court.
